Volunteer at Camp Dragonfly

Camp wouldn’t be possible without our incredible volunteers that fill a variety of roles during camp weekend.
Camp prioritizes Two-Spirit, genderqueer, non-binary, agender and trans+ volunteers, especially for the counselor roles. Other positions can be filled by queer folks or allies, with priority given to marginalized identities.
Some roles include:
- Counselor/Junior Counselor
- Medic
- Heart Monitor (typically filled by social workers, therapists, etc.)
- Caregiver Circle facilitator
- Trans Circle facilitator
- Workshop Leader
- Knowledge Keeper
- Camp Cook
- Kitchen help
- Photographer
